Chaos Mode

Chaos Mode starts at the end of every round in UWars.

During this time, everybody has 5 minute Ticks and there is no 50% Rule. Everything else will continue normally, but most players do not stick around in
Chaos Mode once a new round begins so there is not much activity. Since Chaos Mode never ends,
there are no winners so most players do not have a motive to stick around.
