Gametime: This is basically not important other than to plan attacks because UWars players live in different time zones, but gametime is the same as everything.
Next Tick: The next tick is just the next tick. A tick is every 15 min. for non-plus and 10 min. for PLUS. Everything is caculated, like worth, 1 tick after the last tick of what ever you were building.
