The Staff are wild and dangerous people. Likely to strike at a moments notice, they are listed here for your convenience:

Developers

Andy: Supreme Dictator of UWars, doesn't do much but go around saying "I came, all over the place" but is beloved (sort of) by the people as the creator of the game. Basically nobody in the UWars community likes him since he is never around and scares away new developers that actually get things done.

Kate: The newest edition to the UWars staff, added in Round 21. Hopefully she will be the savior of UWars.

Manager

Chief Moderator

Big_Ed: Re-Appointed Chief Mod at the beginning of Round 21. Quote from Straith: "Big Ed is now Chief Moderator. His roll is to help us find (mature) responsible members who would eventually become moderators." The first UWars player to ever climb to the position of "Chief Moderator". Since the mysterious disappearance of Jeff, some moderators went inactive and crazy. Now with the first assigned Chief, order will be reinstalled into the Green Men. You can usually find him on the forums. Always willing to answer your questions whether or not he is in a war with you. Thinks that the most important thing about playing Uwars is to always have fun. The Chief Moderator has the power of assigning other moderators. Maybe bribes will be taken??...

Moderators

vampeternal: Most of the UWarsians call her "Vamp" or "Vampy" and she finally gained Moderator status by leading an angry mob all chanting "Vamp4Mod" towards Big_Ed's front door. She started playing UWars during Round 10 and found her first alliance to be Pyro. Somehow she did not become crazy like the rest of them, which was a very honorable feat and probably helped her in gaining Modship. In other previous rounds she has successfully lead the alliances Pyro and Amazons, meaning she knows how to deal with the power and will assert her authority when needed. Now as a Moderator her favorite quote, "I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.", now applies to banning. Her mission as the one and only regular Moderator of Round 21 is that she will keep peace in chat and will resort to "Ninja Lurking" or banning if needed, and hopefully have some fun doing it.

Jeff: Back in Round 21 from a mysterious disappearance. Manager Jeff is now a Moderator and as quoted by Big_Ed, "Jeff is more of a trusted advisor / Elder Statesman than a Mod." So he still has all the power of a Manager, you just don't think he does. And who nows, maybe he can still Ninja Lurk...
