With mail you can send messages to anyone playing UWars.It isn't as fast as chat but it is more private.You can mail anyone by going ot their empire page and click on the send mail link that is above the graph.You can also compose mail if you scroll over the mail link on your home page and then click compose mail, but you need to know their empire name.

Mail is the "Private Messaging" service in Uwars. By entering in a players ID, or clicking the mail button on their empire page, you can type in a message and send it, much like an email. There's no waiting time between when you send a mail and when your target receives it, making holding a private conversation in mails very easy.
